  • Offense Information : Kerry Lenz has a significant history of engaging in sexual contact against numerous, unknown female teenaged children and adults. Contact included penetration. Lenz approached his victims at random while they were in public, grabbed them from behind, and either used or threatened to use a weapon if they resisted. He then moved the victims to a vehicle and transported them to alternate locations where he assaulted them.
