  • Offense Details : ON 12/26/06, WHEN ACHURRA WAS 18 YEARS OLD, HE AND A CO-DEFENDANT APPROACHED A 15-YEAR-OLD BOY WALKING DOWN THE STREET. THE CO-DEFENDANT WAS ARMED WITH A SHOTGUN. THEY ORDERED THE BOY (VICTIM) INTO A CAR. ACHURRA DROVE THEM TO A PARK. THE 15-YEAR-OLD BOY WAS TOLD TO GET OUT OF THE CAR. THE BOY WAS TOLD TO START WALKING. SOMEONE SHOT A ROUND OF THE SHOTGUN. THE BOY WAS TOLD TO UNDRESS AND THEN WALK TO THE FAR END OF THE PARK. THE BOY GOT TO THE FAR END OF THE PARK AND RAN FOR HELP.
